HIMAS was initially started as a dedicated Laparoscopy and Gastrointestinal Surgical hospital in the year 2016. By its founder & chairman Dr.Harish NS.
Over the next 6 years the Institute evolved to become the centre of excellence for Minimal Invasive Surgery.
With the Aim of providing comprehensive Surgical care Dr.Harish NS Established First exclusive surgical Hospital in bangalore. With the intent of providing dedicated surgical care to the patients, the Centre has established world class facilities and technology which is in tune with 21st century technological Revolution in the healthcare Domain.

Director’s Note
Dr. Harish NS completed his MBBS from prestigious Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute and MS (General Surgery) from Mysore Medical College. He was a gold medalist in General Surgery and he was the topper of DIPLOMAS conducted by the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgery.
He has 15+ years of experience in the field of General and Laparoscopic Surgery in Bangalore. He worked as an Assistant professor for 7 years and Associate professor of Surgery in prestigious hospital.
He has attended and conducted various training programs in Laparoscopic surgery. His compassion towards the society drives him to conduct free medical camps and conduct surgeries at the concessional rates for the lower strata of people.
